Mark has a depth of experience gained through working in executive management roles in the banking and finance industry in both commercial and Human Resources roles, university lecturing at post-graduate level, coaching and mentoring, property conveyancing and over 10 years consulting to businesses on organisational issues and leadership development. 

Mark's consulting work has seen him working with the leaders across a range of industries including in Mining, Oil Refining, Rail Transport, Air Transport, Local Government, Universities, Scientific Research and the Banking & Finance Sector, working in Australia and North America.  He is committed to working with leadership at all levels in organisations to help them create an environment where people can willingly give their best each day at work.
