Rod has experience in management, education, training and organizational change in Australasia, South Africa, Ghana, Indonesia, U.S.A. and Brazil. In seeking to bring about changes in organizations in various parts of South African society during a crucial period, he gained experiences that have been widely applicable for leaders seeking to make significant changes to behaviour and culture in organisations today.

He has worked closely with leaders as they create the right environment to increase levels of employee engagement, productivity, customer service, and in their journey toward an interdependent safety culture. Most recently he has been working with Barrick Gold (Nevada), BHPB Illawarra Coal, Rio Tinto Minerals (Colorado, California and Montana) and the One Steel Recycling and One Steel Grinding and Rail Businesses.
