Advanced Dynamics

Sam is currently the Support Services Manager at Advanced Dynamics. He has worked across a range of sectors including large corporations, federal and state government departments as well as the not-for-profit sector. He has a particular interest in the interplay between the external regulatory environment and an organisation’s internal culture. 

His focus is on equipping leaders with the tools to successfully manage changing environments, including navigating complex regulatory and policy settings, in order to bring about the conditions necessary for a performance culture.   

Sam has worked as a policy officer, as an in-house government lawyer in the telecommunications field in Australia, and as a compliance specialist for a large company in the Middle East, as well as in a variety of roles in the community sector.  He is keenly interested in cross-cultural dynamics within organisations.

Sam's recent consulting projects include cultural discovery work within the logistics field and governance work in the local government sector.
