MANNET

MANNET is an international consultancy group specialising in organization development and change, management, and leadership. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, but working globally, MANNET’s work focuses primarily on international governmental and non-governmental organisations. The consultancy group brings together a small group of creative, energetic consultants with a thorough understanding of international, multi-cultural organizations, as well as an extended network of individuals and organisations with whom they partner on specific projects.

MANNET and Advanced Dynamics have worked together closely over the past few years, maintaining regular dialogue around tools, techniques and methodologies, and actively engaging in projects that bring the two organisations together. Their similar yet complimentary skill sets and experience have highlighted the benefits of working collaboratively, particularly although not exclusively on projects focussed on the Asia Pacific region. The two organisations continue to share and develop ideas and approaches, and to actively seek opportunities to work together, supporting a truly global consultancy practice.

Macdonald Associates Consultancy

Macdonald Associates Consultancy (MAC) has developed ideas and approaches to support the building of creative organisations and social relationships founded on trust.  Most notable is the body of knowledge on Systems Leadership which underpins this work and has been successfully tested in many different types of social organisations around the world.  MAC works collaboratively with other organisations.  The clear, shared interest between MAC and Advanced Dynamics in content and approach enables collaboration on projects where there is mutual benefit while keeping our own identities.  This collaboration includes sharing ideas in concept and practice and exploring new ways of developing and testing ideas in practice which can contribute to building more creative and constructive social organisations in society.  Ian and Peter with others are exploring new ways to collaborate even more effectively and will post ideas and results on this site.

Working With Us

Advanced Dynamics provides the opportunity for highly motivated and capable people to achieve challenging personal aspirations with positive societal outcomes.

The excitement comes from working collaboratively with colleagues and clients on major challenges. Advanced Dynamics adopts a flexible approach to work through our Associate model. Within the limits of a viable work community, various means of association provide the flexibility for people to match their engagement with Advanced Dynamics according to their personal circumstances.

People who work with Advanced Dynamics can expect to be involved with attracting and engaging in fulfilling work across multiple dimensions.  A significant aspect is the opportunity to attract work with Chief Executives and senior managers to improve organisational performance. People who join us also have the opportunity to continually improve the experience of working in Advanced Dynamics through their contribution to the evolutionary design of the business. Association with our work community involves a commitment to fostering learning personally, and in others.

The business model is intended to enable people to make conscious decisions about how they spend their time and to accept the consequences of those decisions. Working together as a collective, the Associates of Advanced Dynamics decide what it is like to work in the community. The work of Advanced Dynamics therefore requires a high level of individual capability and resilience.  The business model is self-sorting, resulting in the retention of people with the requisite capability for the business and the loss of people who are not a match.  The result is the opportunity to work with colleagues who bring unique skills as well as the spirit to work together towards common ideals and goals.
